STEP 1 – Please send us an email to karst.chair@gmail.com or call upon us through the number +351933018138 and we will be glad to provide you any further information about the order you desire to make. We also can guide you through the decision making process. We also can change its textures, colours and dimensions in order to please even the most demanding bespoke project.

STEP 2 – To confirm the order, please send us an email to karst.chair@gmail.com. Please let us know your data and location. After you’ve made your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email with detailed specification and description of the goods ordered and further details on how to proceed.

STEP 3 – You’ll be asked to confirm by email the order confirmation sent, as its acceptance in writing is deemed to be acceptance of the contract as set out in these terms and conditions (please read them carefully at the T&C page above). In the sequence, the first invoice will be sent, related to 50% of the order.

STEP 4 – The payment of the invoice must be made by bank transfer. You can only pay in euros and US dollars. In case you wish to pay in US dollars, we kindly ask you to tell us in advanced. Once you’ve made the initial payment, we will start the production. We kindly ask you to send by email the proof of transfer.

STEP 5 – Once the production is concluded, we will contact you for you to finish the payment, by sending the second Invoice, with the remaining 50% plus the shipping costs (not applicable if the shipping is on your own responsibility). Once you’ve made the final payment, your order will be shipped. As soon as the pieces are shipped, we will inform you with all the contact details of the transportation company.
